Walnut Walkaways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package active dry yeast
    1/2 cup warm water
    2 cups flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
    3/4 cup butter
    1 egg
    4 oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add yeast and egg.
    Mix just until blended.
    Roll dough 1/2 at a time on a floured surface to a 13x9 rectangle.
    Beat cream cheese add sugar and peels until light and fluffy.
    Spread half of mixture in each rectangle piece of dough.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Roll up starting with the 13 inch side.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350 degrees until golden.
