Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients. Chill overnight. Shape into 2 balls or 2 logs. Roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with veggies and crackers.
