Hubcaps Lesh'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the eggs, cornmeal, butter, sugar, lemon juice and grated rind, milk and salt.
    Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until the filling is just set and the crust and filling are browned.
    Serves 6 to 8.
