Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sherry
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. honey
    1 1/4 lb. steak
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic powder, ginger and honey. Stir together.
    Put ingredients in a Ziploc bag along with the steak.
    Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
    Place steak on broiler or barbecue grill.
    Baste often with remaining marinade sauce.
    You can reserve remaining marinade sauce for another meal.
    Serves 4.
