Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 stick butter or margarine and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top.
    Mix all other ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
