Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped green peppers
    4 c. chopped sweet red peppers
    4 c. chopped onion
    4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. salt
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cover chopped vegetables with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain fully.
    Add sugar, vinegar, salt and mustard seed. Stir in well.
    Slowly bring to boil.
    Boil rapidly 10 minutes.
    Put into jars and seal.
    Makes 7 pints.
