Brick Haus Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium green or sweet red pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil; mix well.
    Add all ingredients remaining.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Yields 6 or 8 servings.
