White Corn Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white kernel corn
1 can black beans
2 cans diced tomatoes with chilies
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt to taste (approximately 1 teaspoon)
Sugar (approximately 1 tablespoon)
Olive oil
Preparation

Place first 5 ingredients along with their juices into a large bowl and stir until the mixture gets to be a consistent melody of colors.
Strain mixture in a colander for 5-10 minutes.
Return mixture to original large bowl and add salt and sugar to taste. Again, stir thoroughly and return mixture to colander to strain for 10 minutes.
Last, return mixture to the bowl again and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.
Serve with white corn chips or chips of choice.
