Blue Cheese Meat Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 or 4 (6 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
a small amount of garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup wine.
Mix well and let stand awhile to marinate.
Shape into bite-size balls.
Brown in small amount of oil.
(Don't overbrown or they will get tough!) Drain cooked meatballs thoroughly on paper towel.
Before serving, place in casserole or chafing dish and add remaining wine.
Heat thoroughly in 350\u00b0 oven.
