Lou Jean'S Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth.
    Place muffin liners in tins.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in each tin liner.
    Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0. Let cool. Top with fresh fruit or the filling of your choice. Chill.
