Cookies And Cream Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 c. whipping or heavy cream
    22 Tagalong cookies
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved (about 3 minutes).
    Remove from heat and let stand until lukewarm (about 1 minute).
