Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large cabbage head
    1 can tomato soup
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Mix meat, egg, onion, rice, milk and salt together.
    Cut core from cabbage, place cabbage in hot water to separate leaves. Place a small amount of mixture into leaves and secure with a toothpick.
    Lay a few leaves in the bottom of a pan, place rolls on them, and top rolls with a few more leaves.
    Add soup and water over that.
    Simmer 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours.
