Banana And Peanut Butter Snack Spud - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 baked potatoes
1/2 c. unhomogenized peanut butter
2 small bananas
1/4 c. nonfat milk
1/4 tsp. grated cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation

Cut the potatoes in halves; remove pulp.
Place pulp in bowl and mash.
Combine peanut butter, mashed bananas, milk and spices. Mix with electric mixer until very smooth.
Spoon mixture into the potato shells.
Sprinkle on nutmeg or cinnamon before serving.
