Hamburger Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cans chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 small cans tomato juice
    3 to 4 c. macaroni, cooked
    1 large Velveeta cheese
    2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation
    Steam ground beef with 1 cup water.
    Cook 3 to 4 cups macaroni, Ro-Tel tomatoes, tomato juice and mushroom soup.
    Cube 3/4 log of Velveeta cheese.
    Add to mixture.
    Mix all together. Top with remaining Velveeta cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and bubbly.
