Huntington Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 medium can sliced mushrooms
1 jar pimento
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Cook onion, pepper and celery in broth reserved from chicken until tender.
Mix chicken, noodles, vegetables and cheese.
Mix together with enough broth to keep from being dry.
Add soup and pimento.
Put in large casserole dish or divide in two dishes. Top with parsley flakes and more cheese.
Bake 45 minutes.
