Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. squash, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. packaged stuffing mix
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1/4 c. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    While vegetables are hot, add margarine, soup and sour cream.
    Mix and add 1 cup stuffing mix and grated cheese.
