Chocolate Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 well beaten egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add water to shortening, sugar and cocoa; beat until sugar dissolves.
    Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with combined egg, sour cream and vanilla.
    Fill greased cupcake pans half full; bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with marshmallow half before baking or frost with seven minute frosting.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
