Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled summer squash
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, leaving a small amount of cheese and cracker crumbs to put on top.
    Bake in greased casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
