"Not Fried" Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large yellow onions
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 c. bread crumbs (plain)
Preparation
    Slice onions 1/4-inch thick and separate into rings.
    Dip rings into yogurt, then into bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
