Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. ground meat
1/2 bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Tony seasoning
2 pkg. dry taco mix
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chives
1 can water
Preparation

Fry meat; drain.
Add seasoning as meat fries.
Add cans of corn, tomatoes and beans.
Bring to boil.
Add more salt and chili powder to taste.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with Mexican corn bread.
