Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice with herbs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. sherry
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 chicken breasts, split and boned
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Pour rice evenly over bottom of buttered, 2-quart oblong dish. Sprinkle herbs over rice.
    Mix soups, margarine, sherry and milk. Pour small amount over rice to moisten.
    Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms.
    Top with chicken.
    Pour remainder of soup mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
    Bake in an uncovered dish at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
