Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 c. oatmeal
    Salt, pepper and parsley flakes
    2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine beef, eggs, oatmeal, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Roll and form bite-sized meatballs. Brown in large skillet and drain on paper towels. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 1/2 hour. Makes 70-80 meatballs.
