Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. grated rind (zest)
1 lb. xxx sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Mix well.
May be sloppy.
Pour over the cake batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
