Cranberry Salad(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen raw cranberries (whole)
    1 small apple
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free raspberry gelatin
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 c. crushed unsweetened pineapple
    12 to 15 grapes, cut up
Preparation
    Grind the cranberries while frozen.
    Grind up apple.
    Dissolve jello in the hot water.
    Cool, then combine other ingredients and refrigerate.
    Makes 6 servings.
