French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flaked coconut
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cook for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Center will puff up, but become firm when done.
