Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rice, cooked
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 onion, chopped finely
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup additional cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
