Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Kraft Garlic cheese (tube)
    1 Kraft jalapeno cheese (tube)
    1/2 c. milk
    3 to 4 lb. potatoes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins until a fork can be inserted, but do not overcook.
    Remove skins and cut in quarters. Place in a large casserole dish.
