Bass Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless bass fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. peanut oil or vegetable oil
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 lemon slices
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Pour the milk into shallow dish.
    Dip the fish in milk and then roll in flour.
    Shake off excess flour from fish.
