Holiday Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular or hot sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    chopped celery and chilies to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry sausage in skillet.
    Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons to saute onion, green pepper, celery and green chilies.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place bread cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Pour mixture over bread and add more cheese on top, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
