Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. brisket
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
celery salt
onion salt
garlic salt
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle the brisket with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
Add 2 tablespoons liquid smoke.
Wrap in foil and marinate overnight.
