Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. peeled raw cubed apples
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add sugar and oil.
    Sift flour with salt and soda. Use a little flour to coat nuts and apples.
    Beat remaining flours into egg mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Stir well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Place in cold oven. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 1 hour. Cook oleo, brown sugar and milk to boiling.
    Turn out cake.
    Pour glaze over warm cake.
