Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese into other ingredients with fork.
    Shape into a ball with a rubber spatula.
    Mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts with 2 to 3 tablespoons parsley flakes.
    Roll ball in mixture; chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
