Grape-Nut Custard Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    2 1/2 c. warm milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Soak cereal for 10 minutes in warm milk.
    Beat eggs with fork; add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add egg mixture to milk-cereal and stir.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in a casserole dish set in a pan of hot water.
    Stir twice in first 20 minutes of baking time. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
