No Knead Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. flour
    3/4 c. water (120~)
    5 c. white flour
    3 c. whole wheat
    2 c. unconstituted milk (120~)
    5 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix other ingredients well.
    Add yeast mixture and stir until a sticky blob.
    Set aside, uncovered for 3 hours.
    Stir once after each hour.
    Divide dough into 3 greased loaf pans and let rise for 1 hour more.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
