Chocolate Chip Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.
    Save out 1/2 cup.
    Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Pour milk evenly over crust.
    Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
    Top with remaining oat mixture.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
