Shrimp A La Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    4 tsp. chili powder
    3 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. white wine
    pepper to taste
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    4 stalks celery, chopped in large pieces
    3 cans condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and pepper in large skillet.
    Add all other ingredients, stirring after each addition.
    Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
