Quick Spicy Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground skinless white meat, turkey or deer meat
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 cans Mexican style tomatoes and juice
    2 cans Ranch Style pinto beans
    1 (27 oz.) can \"light\" spaghetti sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Mexican seasoning
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Saute meat and minced
    garlic
    in a nonstick frying pan sprayed with nonfat cooking
    spray.
    Saute\tuntil
    all
    of the pink disappears, then
    add\tremaining
    ingredients\tand simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.\tContains 1.03 grams of fat per serving.
