Steamed Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks broccoli
    6 peeled carrots
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1 large Vidalia onion
    2 yellow squash
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in wok or vegetable steamer.
    Use retainer ring or colander to keep veggies above water.
    Let steam for approximately 20 minutes, or until carrots are done.
    Remove.
    Add salt and melted cheese, if desired.
