Hot Baked Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams (not drained)
1 clove garlic
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. fresh parsley
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. white wine
1 onion
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
12 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Melt butter; saute onion and garlic.
Add clams with juice and lemon juice; bring to boil.
Add bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, wine and Tabasco.
Place in pie dish or in casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese (if you need more, it's okay). Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve hot with bagel chips, flatbreads or Town House crackers.
