Swiss Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. canned whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. canned milk or cream
    2 eggs
    8 oz. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, cubed
Preparation
    Heat and drain corn.
    In mixing bowl lightly beat eggs.
    Add milk, onion, salt, pepper and most of the cheese.
    Stir well and add corn.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cube margarine or butter over top.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top, then remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 14.
