Spiced Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices in heavy syrup
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine undrained peaches, brown sugar, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling.
    Combine water and cornstarch; stir into peach mixture.
    Cook and stir until bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Serve warm with cooked pork or poultry.
    Serves 6.
