Martha'S Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. catsup and tomato juice, mixed
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    10 cabbage leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Add all ingredients, except tomato juice and cabbage, to the meat.
    Wilt the cabbage leaves in hot water.
    Place the meat mixture in the cabbage leaves, fasten with a toothpick and put in a baking pan.
    Pour tomato juice over stuffed cabbage.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes to two hours.
