Finger Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flank steak
1 egg
dash of ginger
1 clove chopped garlic
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. soda crackers
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Unroll flank steak.
Cut in half lengthwise, then angle cut strips 1/4 to 1/2-inch wide.
Whip together egg, ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
Marinate strips 15 minutes or longer.
