Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    2 bay leaves
    3/4 lb. pasta
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, about 2 hours.
