Ost Kaker(Swedish Cheesecake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
3 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 pt. milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract (I usually add more extract for flavor)
Preparation

Combine eggs (well beaten) with creamed cottage cheese and sugar.
Mix flour with milk until smooth.
Fold into egg, cottage cheese and sugar mixture.
Add almond extract (I usually add more extract for flavor).
Pour into greased baking dish.
(I use a 3-quart Corning Ware.)
Place in pan of hot water to bake at 400\u00b0 about 1 hour.
