Brazilian Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/3 c. ice water
3 eggs
1/3 c. brown Sugar Twin
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 mashed bananas (1 c.)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a bowl, whip the nonfat dry milk and ice water until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Add brown Sugar Twin, melted margarine, instant coffee powder and vanilla.
Sift together the remaining ingredients; stir flour mixture into egg mixture.
Add mashed bananas; fold whipped dry milk into batter.
Spread evenly in pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done.
