No-Peek Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean beef, cut into chunks
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle meat in a casserole dish with onion soup mix.
Cover with mushroom soup which has been diluted with 1 can of water. Add mushrooms.
Cover with a tight fitting lid and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Serves 6 to 8.
