Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size cucumbers
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers and slice thin.
    Sprinkle with salt (about 1/2 teaspoon per cucumber).
    Let stand in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours.
    Drain.
    Mix sour cream, chives, salt, vinegar and paprika. Whip until light.
    Add to the cucumbers and let stand until ready to serve.
