Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 pt. milk
    1 pt. Four Roses whiskey
    1 oz. Jamaica rum
    grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff.
    Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar.
    Mix whites and yolks.
    Add cream, milk, whiskey and rum.
    Serve chilled with grated nutmeg.
