Beef Roladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef top round
    mustard
    bacon
    dill pickles
    diced onions
Preparation
    Slice meat into strips.
    Spread mustard on each strip.
    Lay a slice of bacon on top.
    Cut pickles in half lengthwise and lay one half pickle spear on bacon.
    Sprinkle 2 teaspoons diced onions on top.
    Roll up the meat and secure with 2 to 3 toothpicks.
    Brown in oil on all sides.
    Put into a roasting pan and add 1 cup water. Cover and cook in a 200\u00b0 oven for 4 to 6 hours.
    Thicken with a little flour, if desired.
    Serve with potatoes or noodles.
